Timika Johnson-Dorris is a people leader with more than 20 years leadership experience in the telecommunication Industry. Currently serving in the role of Inbound Sales Supervisor for Comcast one of the largest revenue generating channels for the Central Division. In the current role she is responsible for generating sales and revenue growth while coaching and developing frontline employees for elite sales success. Her other responsibilities are creating an engaged sales environment by creating strategic goals, incentives and an excellent sales customer experience through people, processes, tools and technology. At comcast Timika has had the pleasure to take on leadership roles with Division partners for creating training resources for new hires, leadership development, Regional and Division incentives for employee engagement and NPS change results. Timika has served in leadership positions for Sales, Training and Development, Call Center Operations and Employee Engagement within Comcast and other customer service organizations.

During her time at Comcast Timika has received awards from Central Divison for Elite Sales performance while also receiving awards for being consistently one of the Top 5 Sales Leaders within her local site. She has also received the “Circle of Success” award for Comcast Michigan, along with other awards for creating processes and procedures that made a positive impact for both internal and external Comcast customers. Timika is known by her peers and colleagues afar being leader who attributes her success to be a leader of servitude to her staff, peers, and professional colleagues. She embraces the “We can Make It happen” attituded” by motivating those that are connected to her to excel to their highest protentional. Timika’s greatest accomplishments has providing mentorship and professional development to others for their next level success.
