National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications' (NAMIC) success lies in not only focusing on industry-wide initiatives, but also in our commitment to our professional members. We are a non-profit organization whose leadership development programs give the tools for professional growth directly to employees; ensuring people diverse backgrounds will have the same opportunities to be a major part of the power base in corporate America. After taking the pulse on issues of interest locally, NAMIC chapters work to build skills, create networking opportunities, participate in innovative programs and cultivate and develop leaders. The National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) was founded in 1980.
