Theresa Jackson is a Real Time Operations Leader, and she has been a member of the Comcast Cable family for over twenty-two years. Theresa provides a variety of support and training for front-line employees as well as leadership.
“Your gifts will make room for you”, “Stay ready to keep from getting ready” and
“Study to show yourself approved” are three favorite quotes that Theresa lives by which has
enabled her to be a catalyst for support in many areas of business and life.

Moreover, Theresa also provides operational, administrative, consultant
and analytics support for various departments both locally and
nationally while meeting and surpassing all goals consistently with
timely and cost-effective results. Theresa’s commitment to quality and
the customer and employee experience is often exhibited through her track record
of successful process improvement, employee engagement,
team building, problem solving, strategic analytical and
organizational skills. She successfully helps create and improve processes
across the division while partnering with the Comcast family to
increase employee morale and support as a catalyst to foster
environments that are fruitful, fun and fulfilling. Additionally,
stimulating environments for employee’s personal and career growth
while surpassing goals and meeting all business needs are also
exciting focus areas that she loves to thrive in daily.

Theresa is now the Vice President of the Detroit chapter of NAMIC.
Theresa is inspired by her faith, parents and family, who taught her service above self; she
