Scott is the Heartland Region’s Vice President of Human Resources, based in Plymouth, MI. He is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources organization that supports over 3700 employees across Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Scott has been in the telecommunication industry for over 19 years and human resources for over 22 year. Scott began his career as a college intern working in our Detroit, Michigan office. Through the years he has taken on additional responsibilities/positions across the region. Most recently, prior to being promoted to Vice President, Scott was a Sr. Director of Human Resources overseeing the Human Resources team supporting the Technical Operations and Engineering employees. In these roles he consistently developed strong relationships with his business partners to ensure a positive employee experience supporting Comcast as a great place to work.

Scott has a master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madonna University. In addition, Scott also serves on the Board of the Detroit Chapter of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC).
